Woodstock Library Home-based Delivery Service
About Materials Delivery
To ensure that all member of the community have access to library materials, we are offering Home-Based Delivery Service.
To qualify for delivery of materials, patrons must be residents of the Town of Woodstock and home-based.
Patrons are to be considered home-based if they have a condition (due to illness or injury) that restricts their ability to leave their place of residence, except with the aid of a supportive device such as crutches, canes, wheelchairs, and walkers, the use of special transportation, or the assistance of another person. In most circumstances, if a resident drives, he/she would not be considered home-based.
An application form needs to be completed to enable us to provide you the service. The form is available here: Delivery Services Application Word Doc / Delivery Services Application PDF or can be mailed at the patron’s request by calling the library at 845-679-2213, or filling out the “contact us” below.
