This class will focus on poems written by the participants, who will be encouraged to read their work aloud. After a second reading by someone else, members of the group will describe what they’ve heard and offer suggestions.

We’ll discuss the process of revision, and the specifics of line breaks, word choices, tone and intention. Our aim is to listen carefully and support each other’s work.

The class is limited to 10 people. Participants should each bring ten copies of the poem they want to share with the group.

Please sign-up at the circulation desk.
